All Brands Toys - Minimum Order Value & Freight Terms

Minimum Order Value:

The minimum order value for all customer orders is $800 ex GST (a $50 handling fee will be added if below this amount and full freight will be charged).

Orders with a residential delivery will incur the residential delivery fee charged by the freight company used to deliver, even if over the minimum order.

Freight Terms:

All Brands Toys offers “Free Into Store” to all stores located in the Capital Cities of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, as long as the order value meets the $800 ex GST minimum. Any stores located outside these areas will be charged freight at the time of invoicing.

Stores that are located in ACT, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania, the below freight arrangements will apply to each order:

For any stores that fall outside of these Capital Cities, a nominated freight forwarder can be provided within the zones to receive the same freight terms, with customers been responsible for the onforward charges. The nominated freight forwarder must be located in the Capital City post codes listed above and stock will be shipped to that location. Any stores located in either WA, NT, Or TAS, located outside Perth, Darwin or Hobart must provide details of a nominated freight forwarder.

If stores located outside the Capital City areas do not have a freight forwarder, All Brands Toys will send the goods at the cheapest rate possible and will take no responsibility if the freight cost is deemed too high. Freight costs cannot be provided until an order has been both picked and packed as our rates are based off volume / weight.
